Delete your Karbhar account

Business owners can delete their business account and all its data (bills, purchases, items, customers, suppliers, payments, staff logins and uploaded files) from inside the app:

1. Open the Karbhar app (or this website) and log in as the business admin / owner.
2. Go to Menu → Admin → My Plan and tap Delete my business account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Cannot log in?

Send a deletion request from your registered mobile number (7020566733) with your business code. We delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted and kept

Everything of the business is deleted from the live database at once and from backups within 30 days. A short security log line (business code, date of deletion) is kept for 90 days to prevent abuse.
